Angela Jackson serves as Associate Dean and Director of the Office of Diversity and Community.  In her role, she serves as an advocate for underrepresented students outside of the classroom to ensure they develop leadership skills, are exposed to networking opportunities and  enhance their communication skills. She is also primary advisor to Students for the Propagation of Black Culture, Women of Excellence and the GRIOT Society.

Ms. Jackson graduated with Bachelor and Masters degrees in Business from the University of Central Arkansas, worked 11 years as a Marketing Specialist for a Little Rock-based Fortune 500 company and has been a Higher Education professional for over 18 years. She believes, wholeheartedly, that if she impacts and makes a difference in the life of only one student then all of the effort was worth it.
