Marcia is the Office Manager for Disability Support Services. She joined our staff in August 2003, and contributes knowledge gained over her 12 years plus of administrative experience. Marcia's responsibilities include supervising a student worker and GA staff consisting of 18, greeting and directing visitors, responding to routine policy and procedure questions, and assisting customers with the completion of DSS registration forms and initial intake process.
Marcia is also a skilled trainer who provides training on Customer Service Skills, Front Office Operations, DSS Testing Procedures, Telephone Etiquette, and Time Management to both Disability Support Services and The Office of Greek Life staff.
Marcia's educational goal is to complete her Bachelors Degree in Psychology.
