Amanda supervises the exam needs of students with disabilities by administering test/quiz accommodations, and scheduling exam times. She works closely with UCA faculty concerning accessible classrooms, exams, and appropriate accommodations. Amanda consults with publishers, staff, and students to provide alternative textbook formats for students with disabilities. In addition, Amanda specializes in training for DSS Testing Procedures, and scanning alternative textbook format. She conducts intake interviews with students/prospective students and parents providing information regarding the accommodation process and UCA/DSS policy and procedures.
