UCA Observatory Dome
The UCA Observatory is located on campus on top of Lewis Science Center. Dr. Scott Austin maintains this facility and offers monthly public viewings (weather permitting). The observatory houses a Meade 14-inch aperture LX200R GPS telescope.
PUBLIC NIGHTS
The observatory is open to the public the third Wednesday night of the month (if the sky is clear) for a couple of hours after dark.

August 19 from 8:30pm to 10:30pm
September 16 from 8:00pm to 10:00pm
October 21 from 7:30pm to 9:30pm
November 18 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
December 16 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
