The Center for Community and Economic Development (CCED) is committed to creating a better Arkansas by promoting and teaching effective leadership techniques.
To support local leaders, CCED will work with a selected number of Arkansas communities to provide coaching, technical assistance and training. CCED also strives to serve as a resource for Arkansas’s community development professionals through information sharing and advocacy.
