This person will be expected to clean the front windows, take out trash, clean front counter, vacuum the studio, organize teaching rooms, organize storage areas, and orchestrate the wellness and overall look of the building front and parking lot on a daily basis. Property upkeep is essential; it is our customer’s first impression of how we maintain ourselves personally and as a business in whole.

This position also has many administrative duties that requires the utmost organization. This includes but is not limited to lesson scheduling, collecting outstanding accounts, inventory of office supplies, and organizing community events with student and teacher involvement.

The OA is also responsible for our social media presence. Presence on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter are paramount in the growth of this business. This being said, the OA will be required to make daily, weekly, and monthly posts on all platforms. This position will also be held accountable for responding to social media traffic, as our customers need to be thanked for helping out our marketing efforts. Duties: 
• Staff the TLC Help Desk - which includes operating the cash register, selling print-outs, laminate, office supplies, and other supplies or services.
• Assist patrons with TLC equipment: copier, laminator, binding machine, paper cutter, etc.
• Provide technical assistance to students in the Technology Learning Center drop-in computer lab (usually concerning Microsoft Office, printing, audio/video editing, or Chalk and Wire)
• Support the College of Education’s e-portfolio system (Chalk & Wire) by providing assistance to students’ with resetting a password, adding a portfolio, submitting work to a professor, downloading portfolio for offline use, etc.

Duties: As a Ticket Agent for Reynolds Performance Hall, you will be the first person the public will be in contact with when trying to buy tickets. You must be friendly, easygoing, and able to have patience when a customer isn’t sure about what they want. This is the most important skill for the job.

You will be responsible for knowing and maintaining knowledge in an ongoing basis regarding the shows brought to Reynolds for which we sell tickets. This includes names of shows, dates, prices, et al. You will be required to perform basic monetary transactions using all forms of payment, so cash handling ability is a must.

English speaking at a native level is mandatory because communication must be as flawless as possible to ensure the customer gets what they need.
