Qualifications:

• Maintains daily logs and supplement inspection records to track construction/contractor progress, weather delays, and other pertinent information relevant to construction contracts.
• Reviews and interprets plans, blueprints, site layouts, specifications, or construction methods to ensure compliance to AECC construction specifications, legal requirements and safety standards.
• Instructs and trains technician helpers on technical, operational and safety standards. Assists with safety meetings on a monthly basis, including technical topics. Implements safety in the work area.
• Uses EAMS to track work requests, work orders, requisitions and time cards; Performs directed switching with written switching orders.
• Tracks all field revisions and mark ups to assist with record updating process and "As Built" drafting record drawings
Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED, plus 3 years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
• Two-year Associate Degree in Electronics, Civil/Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent.
• Journeyman Electrician License or Master Electrician License
• CDL License
• ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician license
