  • Prepares and verifies the final meter data reports; validates the information within reports to ensure absolute accuracy in the Wholesale Power Billing process.
  • Informs Transmission Operations personnel of problems with the revenue metering equipment or the voltage recording equipment encountered during the translation process. Provides any assistance possible to aid in the determination of the cause of the problem.
  • Prepares an annual reconciliation report, comparing the data from the wholesale power billing with data from the field revenue metering. Researches any discrepancies to determine causes and provides explanation.
  • Monitors the maximum and minimum voltages at each of AECC's points of delivery by reviewing the monthly voltage data summary.
  • Maintains historical records and statistics relating to the meter data translation process, including archives of magnetic, optical and paper records. Periodically checks this archive to ensure its integrity and usability.
  • Checks the daily error report to determine problems that exist in the SCADA equipment in the field. Makes routine updates to the SCADA database for new, deleted and modified meter points. Designs, creates and maintains SCADA displays.
