Are you interested in a personalized workout program?

A fitness assessment takes about one hour. We will assess your strengths and weaknesses in the following areas:

*Cardio Respiratory Fitness
*Body Composition
*Flexibility 
Upon completion of the evaluation a workout program will be prepared based on your goals and the results of the tests. Ask a fitness center staff member for more details or contact Arian Story at arians@uca.edu.

*If you are wanting to complete a fitness assessment please make sure you choose  an available appointment labeled “assessment” when filling out the form below.  The appointments labeled “results only” are for those individuals waiting on results.
