Attention, UCA basketball lovers! Starting today (January 22nd) until February 20th, the basketball courts will close at 5:30 p.m. Sunday-Thursday due to 5on5 intramural basketball.
The new Spring 2014 group exercise schedule has been posted! Much thanks to Kim Brim who helped us out in our last minute search for another instructor. Aqua Aerobics starts Monday, January 13th at 5pm. No sign-up needed. Aqua Aerobics will be offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5-6pm.
Fitness assessments will begin Monday, January 13th but sign-ups start today!!! If you have your New Year's resolutions set, this a free program that will help you set more specific goals, and get you started on the right foot! Remember! The HPER Center weight room and upstairs is now re-opened! Thank you for your patience with the closure during the winter break.
The HPER Center will be extending Saturday hours starting Spring 2014. Instead of being open from 10 a.m to 3 p.m. on Saturdays, the HPER will open up earlier at 9 a.m. and close later at 6 p.m. We hope these hours will better serve our campus community.
