The budget office offers a budget workshop and a grant post-award financial workshop annually.  The budget workshop explains how to utilize budget queries to monitor departmental expenditures.  The post-award grant workshop provides helpful information for post-award maintenance of grant awards. 

Information Sessions for electronic budget transfers & payroll expense detail information:

Wednesday, November 2, 2011 @ 9:30 a.m. 
 
In these sessions, information will be provided about items that will and will not be allowed to transfer.  Demonstrations of the process for completing electronic budget transfers and accessing payroll information in self-service will be shown as well. 
 
The Vice Presidents, Deans or Department Chairs will designate a person(s) to complete these transfers and/or to view payroll information for their area(s). 
 
The sessions do not require prior registration.
