To get your BearCard (UCA ID), come to the BearCard Center:

8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
For new students:
- Schedule of Classes (You MUST be registered for classes)
- Photo ID (Passport, Driver’s License, or Military ID)
For current students:
- Replacement cards are $10. (Debit/Credit cards, Cash, Checks)
- You will need to know your ID number (B00012345)
For full-time and part-time Faculty or Staff:
- If this is the first time you are getting a BearCard, you will need a Verification Slip provided by Human Resources in Wingo 106.
- Replacement cards are $10. (Debit/Credit cards, Cash, Checks)
Notes:
- For your protection, we do not use social security numbers.
- If obtaining a BearCard for the first time, you will not be charged.
