Dr. Shelby T. Partain

Dr. Shelby T. Partain (1935-1990) was born in Little Rock, Arkansas. In the 1950s, he served with the U.S. Navy. He lived the rest of his life in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where he was an optometrist. Dr. Partain is also a UCA  alumnus.
