Sculpture
The Sculpture program offers classes that teach basis mold making, wood shop, stone carving, foundry, and metal fabrication. The program's recent upgrade of foundry equipment allows students to learn the art of bronze and aluminum casting using the ancient technique of "lost-wax" casting as well as sand casting. Our program is one of a very few in the state (if not the only one) that offers students the opportunity to learn the ancient art of iron casting using a cupola blast furnace.
