Photography

Photography

The Photography program is traditionally based with an opportunity for students to explore digital media. The department is equipped with processing facilities, access to a computer lab and a dark room. The classes are small enough for students to interact with faculty and get individual attention.

Students are encouraged to go beyond the curriculum and submit works into competittive shows and competitions. In the past, several students had their work accepted into Photographer's Forum magazine Annual College Photography Contest.

Through the Photography program, students are also introduced to noted professionals through the Artist in Residence, and Master Workshop programs, and as guest speakers. Previous guests include Shelby Lee Adams, Keith Carter, Debby Fleming Caffery, Sandy Skoglund and Kate Breakey.
