The anthropology minor program provides many opportunities for students to get involved. Students are encouraged to join the Anthropology Club and to enroll in study abroad courses, internships, and student research. Some students are invited to work in the anthropology lab with the pre-Columbian museum collections and the Conserving Arkansas's Agricultural Heritage! seed saving project (CAAH!). Others work maintaining the gardens and harvesting produce to save the seeds.
